Dedrone Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including but not limited to its wholly owned subsidiary Aerial Armor (legally registered as a New Mexico LLC named A&H Security Enterprises, LLC), (collectively, “Dedrone,” “we,” “our” or “us”) are committed to protecting your online privacy. We have designed our website (www.dedrone.com, the “Website”), as well as our on-premise and cloud-based applications (collectively, the “Service”) to minimize the amount of personal data that you, the individual user of the Website or Service (“You” or “User”) must submit in order to use the Website and/or Service.
By accessing or using the Website and/or Service you agree to the collection, use and transfer of personal data according to the terms of this Dedrone online privacy policy (this “Policy”). For the purposes of this Policy, “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. This Policy describes how we collect, store, and use personal data, as well as the scope and purpose of doing so. Information We Collect and Use
Information you provide to us. When you contact us by email or through a contact form, the information you provide (email address, name, and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.
Information collected when you use the Service. In order to use the Service, you must create an account with us and provide us with your name, email address, a password, and in some cases a mobile phone number. We use such information exclusively for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including for user authentication purposes.
Information collected via cookies and other technology. Information collected by third-party advertising networks. International Data Transfers
Subject to your permission or as permitted by law, the personal data that you provide to us may be transferred within Dedrone across state or country borders. We have adopted globally recognized privacy principles and only collect and/or share your personal data to the extent it is necessary to conduct business and perform requested services. Where personal data originating from the European Economic Area (EEA) is transferred to countries that are not recognized by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of personal data protection, such transfers are covered by alternate safeguards by entering into the appropriate data processing agreements, and if required, EU standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data as approved by the European Commission.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom and Switzerland Users Only
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to information, right to rectification or erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to object to the processing, and the right to data portability. California consumers have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, additional information about our use and disclosure of their personal data and the specific pieces of personal data we have about them. Consumers will be required to submit their email address, and may also be asked to provide their name, location, and telephone number so that we can verify the request. California law permits California consumers to use an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require an authorized agent to provide us with proof of the California consumer’s written permission (e.g., a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has the authority to submit a request for the California consumer. An authorized agent must follow the process described above to make a request, and we may additionally require the authorized agent to verify his/her own identity and registration to do business in California and we may confirm the agent’s authority with the California consumer about whom the request was made.
Direct Marketing
You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, information about your orders, changes/updates to our products or features of the Service, technical and security notices). We encourage Users to limit the use of personally-identifiable information when creating authentication credentials for the Service.

Security and Data Retention
Dedrone cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Website and Service. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Dedrone will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain personal information we obtain about you for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which we obtained it, and for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (e.g., comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements, to enforce our agreements or comply with our legal obligations). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it.
Children’s Privacy
Dedrone does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal data from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
